這位女主播的學經歷蠻輝煌的. 東京大學醫學院健康科學、看護學科畢業.同校研究所碩士課程修畢.在校期間當選2003年的東大小姐,並進而獲得首都圈各校園選美皇后的總冠軍(Miss of Miss Campus)頭銜.

2009年NHK入局,配屬新潟放送局,並擔任地上波數位化推進大使.2012年NHK退社,之後新潟縣又委以該縣觀光大使的頭銜.
NHK退職後,暫時放棄東大博士學程,移居福島二本松市,並以獨協医科大学 国際協力支援中心 国際疫学研究室 研究支援員的身分,從事核災地區居民健康調查研究的工作.2014年成為該研究室助教,2016年升任為講師,同年起又兼任日本電視台 News Zero節目的播音員.

「正座」、也就是以跪著的姿勢端坐的方式、據說也是起源於中國大陸、從春秋戰國直到東漢一直是正統的坐姿(古代稱為跽坐)、當時椅子還不流行、而漢人的穿著與後來日本的和服有些相似. 「正座」的坐姿傳到日本之後、在江戶時期的中葉隨著「畳」(塌塌米)普及於民間而逐漸流行、在日常生活中被視為一種正確得體的標準坐姿、代表恭敬與順從的意涵. 、特別是女孩子的坐姿往往被視為家庭教養的一個指標、在外人面前不能太豪放、否則顯得失禮.

正經八百的「正座」,固然有一種端莊嚴謹與秩序分明的美感,但嚴肅的氣氛也不免帶來緊張感,畢竟正襟危坐與人體工學相衝突,絕對稱不上是一種輕鬆舒適的坐姿.相對於神經與肌肉都十足緊繃的「正座」,有各式各樣種種讓精神與肉體都得到放鬆的坐姿,其中包括稱為「胡座」的盤腿而坐,從名稱猜想其由來或許是自西域經中國傳到日本.

欣賞一下美女主播們「正座」之外各種輕鬆自在、性感撩人甚或豪放不羈的坐姿.
