AMD E350/E450 適合使用的播放軟體

請問有人用 AMD E350/E450 的CPU撥1080的檔案嗎？
這顆我看網路上的測試播放影片大概才20～30的CPU使用率
我試了一個AVC1(X.264)的檔案
用Pod player 撥 CPU兩顆都100% 20FPS左右
用Gom player撥 CPU兩顆都50~80% 10~20FPS

看起來是不是沒有用到顯卡硬解
要怎麼設定才能讓內顯硬解呢？

要用對撥放軟體
開啟硬解這樣CPU的使用率就會下降
例如KMPlayer.PotPlayer這兩套都不錯用
都可以開啟硬解
