劇情簡介
二次世界大戰結束後，東京蒲田地區化為一片廢墟，為了蒲田的複興，為了給國家經濟建設做貢獻，一位默默無聞的女醫生下村梅子在治病救人的戰線上不斷奮鬥著。梅子是受到在大學附屬醫院當醫生的父親的影響走上醫療之路的，她深得街巷百姓的擁戴，被親切地稱為“小梅醫生”。
