基隆可以考慮看看透天或別墅建的很漂亮,４層半預算也在範圍裡,離北二高５分鐘到內湖１５分鐘
私人車庫又有小庭院,近山又靠海,不怕地震亦從不淹水,可以考慮看看

ps:我隔壁還有２,３戶還沒成交來當我鄰居吧:-h

您住哪社區，基隆我還可以接受，除了每月油錢加不少
老婆也是基隆人，但離開太久了只有小時回憶
附近行情如何，我是希望能低於1000萬
這樣其他預算才能在劇院上如願.....L-)

基隆安樂區很多建案,新天鵝堡,邀月.....等等多沒超過1000萬,大概600-900
還有基隆這些年比起中南部已經算是沒下多少雨了
" 雨都 " 這名其實已經不適合用在此

我覺得啊窗外看出去要有綠地或青山要比看到一大片灰色建築要舒服多了
就算是一小塊公園綠地,只要樓高在三或四樓,剛好在樹梢上
那是有再大片,再多的窗戶卻只能看到灰色水泥建築也比不上的啊~~
沒有惡意~~純為個人意見喔~~
