再用vegas 剪接後修去字
可得乾淨的檔

調整我要的PPT檔內容,那底下文字和黑邊就可去除
因為原先是1280X720,你最後是 720x480,畫質不會變差

我轉出1280X720,沒壓縮avifile很大,
再用事件平移裁切
