TS Splitter
http://www.ffprojects.net/tssplitter/tssplitter.htm可將ts檔按照188bytes 長度進行分割，故正常的話只要是ts封裝的格式都可支援。
可按照磁片格式、指定容量、分割數量等設定分割點，分割檔案命名也可指定格式。
也可以用來合併ts 檔。
