建構時設定碼率問題
首先，我把原本的 MP4 (1280x720) 分割成3段，把中間的一段放進Vega 11內加些特效。
最後建構完成；就把這3個 file 合併為一個mkv試播。
問題就來了，發覺由第一段到第二段時畫面就會卡住，並且不能拖拉快進！
到網上搜尋一下，有人說是要碼率一致…等等，
若果是這樣的話，那請問我怎樣知道原片的碼率及我應該怎麼設置呢？
我用potplayer查看原本中間一般的媒體資訊，內容如下：

我在網上再搜尋一下，聽說是要幀率一樣，
但明明都是29.97fps，怎會不能呢？
真的把我弄暈了！
