King Kong Ultimate Edition(金剛 終極版)預計2017年2月7日(北美時間)發行，將收錄戲院版(3小時8分)以及將加長版(3小時20分)
並收錄新幕後花絮以及加總30分鐘的刪剪片段。音效收錄方面，從環球影業的官網上所公布的資訊來看，並無新的音效規格。
另外是否會發行4K版本並無明確消息。

在確定英版的金剛 4K有中文字幕後，有問過傳訊時代會不會發行，得到的答案是目前暫無計劃，既然暫無計劃那麼就只好下單買英版
