[請益]Out of bound!

各位大大好
小弟剛接觸AVID
昨天從Bin裡要拉Master Clips進入record的視窗時，
出現"one or more....out of bound"的訊息，
而且沒有東西出來，
請問這是代表我需要改什麼設定嗎?還是?
如何解決這樣的問題呢?
