SSD現今產品採用TLC顆粒為主，近期因為半導體技術進化，已開始有3D NAND Flash產品推出，3D NAND Flash可提供更優異的效能與耐用度；這次要介紹由創見Transcend推出的『SSD230S』固態硬碟，SSD230S採用2.5吋設計，可適用於桌上型電腦與筆記型電腦，採用SATA III 6Gb/s傳輸介面，內建SLC caching技術，提供高速資料傳輸，並支援了深眠模式(DevSleep)省電技術，藉由智慧關閉SATA介面電源，延長筆電電池續航力，NAND Flash搭配3D TLC顆粒，容量有128GB、256GB、512GB與1TB可選擇，原廠提供三年保固，現在就來看創見Transcend SSD230S 512GB固態硬碟。
