Ripping DVD to lossless MP4

Any idea about lossless convertion ? I'll like to convert my DVD to MP4 format without any quality loss.
I've tried to use Video 9500Kbit CVBR and 224kbit sound but seems not 100% as same as the original DVD. Any suggestion thx
