期望越大，失望也越大 ASUS PROART PA32UCX-K

小弟先前由於服務多年的DELL U2410螢幕無預警熄燈(背光模組故障)，故開始物色新螢幕
首先是把目標放在32吋4K這個級距，沒想到竟是無盡旅程的開始....
先是於9月18日透過DELL業務報價，購入了DELL U3219Q這款螢幕
但是由於那千變萬化的陰陽屏...(每次收到的螢幕偏黃的部分分布都不同)，加上第三次收到的商品為陰陽屏+壞點，故無奈下跟客服協議退款...

之後便開始改物色其他物件，經大致研究後發現只要是IPS螢幕、並且採側邊式背光的機種，基本上多少都會有此類問題
故經研究後追加了預算，鎖定了ASUS PROART PA32UC這款螢幕
沒想到人品爆發，兩次購買都有問題，故也只能跑退貨流程
第一次購入
壞點+陰陽屏?!左邊四分之一區塊整個偏黃，還滿平均的，原因不明
由於是第一次遇到，故沒想太多，也沒細拍面板部分的問題就辦理退貨了
外包裝有些汙損，以及收到時箱底封條膠帶是開的，我就當作是貨運的鍋了

然後是第二次購入，遇到螢幕中間一顆入塵，故也只能辦理退貨

接著是本次的主角，因為手邊怡然是無螢幕的狀態，故不知哪根筋不對，又再次追加了預算，購入了PA32UCX，第一次購入，因發現螢幕壞點，經聯絡客服後，辦理退貨

第二次由於實在怕了，發現網購實在很難抽到良品(也許真的只是我運氣太差)，故轉向實體店家購買，沒想到這是個錯誤的決定...，因為就此無法回頭
在店家開封後，僅確認了有無壞點，便滿意的帶回家了，但現在想想我真的是太天真...
首先發現到的是螢幕在HDR模式下出現高頻電流音，這是在店家當場測試時無法測出的
接著是底座疑似是翻新品，包裝袋有二次膠，底座頂端的保護貼也不翼而飛，以及機身LOGO處保護膜疑似因重複撕貼而留下的不知是誰的指紋，這也是我後面回到家才發現的...
接著就是螢幕色彩不均的問題....沒想到直下式背光機種居然也會遇到...，這也得怪我不夠仔細...以為躲過了壞點就沒問題了...
虧我在購買前還先去了三創二樓看了好幾次實機展示，確認沒這樣的問題才下定決心去下訂的，而且印象中第一台也沒這些問題(包裝、均度、HDR沒久測，所以無法確定)....

上週末最後一次跟華碩客服聯絡，今天等了整天沒人回電
今天跟原購買處聯絡了，他們也表示僅能代為協助跟經銷商轉達這些問題，但不一定能得到解決，因為已經超過一週，這又要怪我犯蠢先花時間在聯絡華碩那邊...
究竟是我要求太高，還是我想得太好，國產車(ASUS)的頂級款終究難以超越進口車(EIZO)基本款的基本性能表現(均度)?
看著有如夾心餅乾般的螢幕色溫差，感覺真的有點難過....
有後續這邊會再做更新，目前也只能痴痴的等了

不知樓主有沒有試過? 就算是旗艦等級的液晶也是會有亮暗點的問題之前買三星的PX2370也是一個月內出現狀況 好險，差一點也入這台。
