關於FPS跟AVCHD的疑惑

第一題，使用 2:3 pull down 的方式轉換，詳細說明請參考維基百科<BR>

第二題，果凍現象跟 rolling shutter 有關，目前已於有軟體可修正<BR>

<P>所以2:3 pull down 這個動作是在那裡做的？</P>
<P>剪輯時？不過輸出成DVD時不是格式都是轉成30FPS嗎</P>
<P>還是是指播放的裝置(播放器或顯示器)要有2:3 pull down 把30轉回24的能力</P>
