Zoom Player v4.50 beta4

Zoom Player 大躍進(編號也就由 v4.10 beta3 大躍進),
加上了類似 TT2.0, Mediate 讓人誇讚的 VMR9 Renderless,
基本上會解決一些中低階顯示卡(如我的 ATI 960FX) 在
VMR9 windowless 下的破圖現象;
不過, beta 版的 buggy 品質當然也不缺乏!

有點使用上的問題
雖然裝了directX 9.0最新版...但VMR9無視窗卻不能使用~選了會自動跳到VMR7..其他的視訊成像可以成功(播放時按滑鼠右鍵檢查所掛的濾鏡得知的....)
請問諸君這是什麼原因?還是真的要裝DX v9這個東西(請見ZP進階選項有提到相關的:濾鏡控制-->自定播放媒體-->預設視訊成像濾鏡:<font color=red>視訊混合成像9(VMR9,需要DXv9)</font id=red>

聽說最好的 DirectX 是 9.0b;
最新的 9.0c 有 bug, 英文版的 SP2 有 hotfix 下載,
我的台灣版, 沒辦法~, 下載過 hotfix 卻不能用.

根據peter版主大人的說法，下DX9.0B版比較好，可是現在大部分都是9.0C版
9.0B版下載網址如下：

9.0C版幾乎到處都有，打DX9C下載，就可以找到

應該是正式版之前的測試版, 理論上比 v4.50 Beta4 穩定.

DirectX 9.0b 的 installation, 很可能隨著 Widow XP SP2 的 update 就被換成 9.0c;
以下是我兩個月前看到的一篇 downgrading back to DX9.0b 的文章(出處忘記了), 希望有幫助:

There is a fix, it's downgrading back to Directx 9.0b. Since I'm running Windows XP, this is how I did it:

Download Directx Happy Uninstall from here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4347

Then download the Directx 9.0b redistributable: http://www.activewin.com/directx/d9redist.shtml

Install Directx Happy Uninstall and reboot in safe mode (Important!). Once Windows fully loads into safe mode, run Directx Happy Uninstall. Choose the Backup/Repair option, then choose Restore Directx 8.1 from CD. Make sure your Windows XP SP1 cd is in the drive and choose the i386 folder.

It'll do it's thing and automatically restart windows, once it loads in normal mode you'll notice with dxdiag that you are back to Directx 8.1

Now execute the Directx 9.0b redistributable, once that is complete it should restart.

Now you'll see with dxdiag that you are back to Directx 9.0b, and Beyond TV will be cristal clear without this VERY frustrating bug.

**Of course none of this should be required to get good playback in Beyond TV, whatever needs to be changed to address this issue should be a priority of Snapstream's even if, as it seems, nobody is overly concerned about it**

BTW thanks goes to Bilar Crais for making me aware of the fact that it was indeed a problem with Directx 9.0c and that downgrading was the solution.

EDIT: I've discovered there were apparently two versions of Directx 9.0b. I had linked to the first, now I've discovered a link for the newer one, which I've confirmed still works perfectly. I've updated the link above.

希望 M$ 出 Universal Hot Fix, 或 DirectX 9.0d 是最省事的,
不過 HTer 在 M$ 眼中只是孤兒, 不像 GAMER 般受重視~

ZP的4.5Release Cadidate 1小弟有裝，還是VRM7，要改成VRM9帶視窗才行。我驅動程式用ATI 5.6版的，不知道5.5會不會比較好

Zoom Player v4.50 Release Candidate 2 好用耶....效率比WMV 同期v4.50版效率高!
而且解決我之前用舊版撥DVD無法由選單畫面切入MOVIE PLAY的問題...
