盒子使用規範公告已經近1個月，絕大多數正常使用盒子的會員積極地對盒子信息進行了登記，管理組對各位對管理組工作的配合表示感謝。
近期，管理組發現極少數會員仍然不按規範要求登記盒子信息，在此管理組提醒上述會員盡快對盒子進行登記，否則將按規範的規定進行相應的處罰。同時，也請各位會員提醒一下自己使用盒子的朋友（尤其是自己邀請的會員）是否已經對盒子信息進行了登記。

Dear B*S users,
We have a plan for opening sign-up page as following schedule.
When: 05/09/2013 ~ 05/15/2013
The urls for sign-up will open at the start of this event.
In addition, we'll give a chance for activating the accounts to the disabled users who didn't passed the assessment of last year.
This event will only proceed for the users who visit specific IRC channel, and we'll also notice this IRC channel.
The re-activated users should pass the assessment within 30 days.

關於賬號被盜處理方式的通知（for Chinese users only）

近期，管理組開放了原yahoo註冊郵箱的自助修改功能，由於部分會員未妥善保管pt賬號登陸密碼，也未及時修改原yahoo註冊郵箱，導致pt賬號登陸密碼被盜後原yahoo註冊郵箱被修改而無法登陸。
為了處理上述盜號事件，目前管理組開放被盜會員註冊郵箱的手動修改功能，具體方式如下：
請被盜會員通過原yahoo註冊郵箱向管理組郵箱[email protected]發送驗證郵件，郵件標題請採用：「盜號+ID」的格式，郵件內容請指定擬再次修改的註冊郵箱，驗證後管理組將修改註冊郵箱並通知會員，被盜會員可以通過再次修改的註冊郵箱自行找回密碼。
非被盜會員請勿向管理組郵箱發送驗證郵件，惡意騷擾者賬號將被禁用，對於已經獲知朋友賬號被盜的會員，最好代朋友在投訴區置頂帖中進行登記，以加快管理組的核實速度，同時，請勿將自己的賬號借用給被盜會員。

本站將在2013年6月1日至2013年7月31日期間，開啟新一輪會員年中考核。
一、考核規則：
1、考核對象：針對2013年1月1日之前註冊的中燒級別以下會員（不含中燒）；
2、考核期限：2013年6月1日0點至2013年7月31日24點，共計61天；
3、考核方式：採取增量考核制度，增量指標如下：
1) 上傳增量：達到45G；
2) 下載增量：達到45G（不含促銷種子的免費或折扣下載量）；
3) 魔力值增量：達到3000點（不含已用於兌換的魔力值點數）。
註：以上三項需在2013年07月31日24點全部達標方為考核通過！
4、免考對象：
1) 標記有黃星的捐助會員；
2) 「中燒」及以上級別會員；
3) 在2013年5月31日24點前，上傳量≧15T 或魔力值≧60萬 的「中燒」以下級別會員。
5、為最大限度防止會員因誤換魔力值而導致考核不過關的現象，2013年6月1日0點至7月15日24點魔力值兌換系統暫時關閉，7月16日0點僅開放魔力值兌換10G以下（含10G）上傳流量的功能，供因上傳不足需要魔力值兌換的小水管進行兌換，年中考核結束後（2013年8月1日）魔力值兌換系統再全面開放。
6、對於各會員使用魔力值兌換上傳量的行為，一切後果自負！
二、考核結果：
2013年8月1日公佈考核結果並執行，具體詳情請關注公告區。
三、注意事項：
1) 是否處於考核範圍以有無顯示「考核進度條」為準，如果處於考核範圍的，「考核進度提示」在本站首頁可以看到。
2) 符合被考核條件的已封存會員也要接受考核，請在考核之前及時解除自己的封存狀態，想辦法參加考核。
3) 本次考核的三個指標均為增量，即等於考核結束時數據量減去考核開始時數據量，且這三個指標必須在2013年7月31日24點全部達標方為考核通過！
舉例說明：
6月1日0點，某會員的數據如下：上傳量600G，下載量400G，魔力值20000。
考核過程中，無論該會員如何兌換魔力，但在2013年8月1日0點，該會員必須達到如下數據方可算考核過關：上傳量≧645G，下載量≧445G，魔力值≧23000。
四、CHDBits管理組擁有本次考核計劃的最終解釋權。

Year half assessment is just around the corner. It will be carried out from 1st of June till 31st of July, 2013.
a) rules:
1) Target: members between "Peasant" and "Crazy User" class (both inclusive) whom registered before 1/1/2013.
2) Period: from 1/6/2013 12am till 31/7/2013 11:59pm (61 days).
3) Requirement: Users should increase the following figures accordingly during this period:
i) increase upload amount by 45GB
ii) increase download amount by 45GB (excluding promotional/free/discount torrent)
iii) increase bonus point by 3000 point.
* You should meet and maintain these three criteria till the end of assessment period.
4) Members not affected by this assessment:
i) donators
ii) "insane user" class and above
iii) members with 15TB upload (or more) OR 600k bonus (or more) before the assessment begins
5) To prevent members from failing the test due to excessive bonus point spent during the assessment period, the bonus point exchange system will be unavailable from 1st of June 12am till 15th of July 11:59pm. Only "10GB upload" (and below) button is available for use from 16th onwards till the end of assessment. The exchange system will resume its normal operation from 1st of August onwards.
6) You are wholly responsible for your own action and any consequences thereof.
b) Result of the assessment will be announced on 1st of August, 2013. Please refer to "announcement" board.
c) remarks:
1) You're required to go thru and fulfill the assessment's requirement if there's a "progress indicator" on the main page of the site.
2) Parked account is NOT exempted from the assessment. You're required to unpark and join the assessment if your user level / stat meets the criteria.
3) again, rule "a) 4) iii)" above refers to net increment during the assessment period.
example：
On the 1st of June 2013, 12am, your amount of upload =600G，download=400G and bonus point=20000。
By 1st of August 2013 12am, you upload should be ≧645G，download ≧445G and bonus ≧23000。
d) CHDBits admin team reserves the right of final interpretation of all the rules of this assessment.

鑑於近期PT界的「地震」導致部分站點的關閉，在當前不利於PT站發展的環境下，中國高清網管理組經過慎重考慮，為保障所有會員的利益，決定更換域名及更換網站中文名，以便更低調的運營平台。
新域名更改為：www.HD.gg
網站中文名：好多光棍（暫定http://www.cnhd.com/pic/smilies/5.gifhttp://www.cnhd.com/pic/smilies/41.gif）
新域名更換計劃如下：
5月14日 執行新域名的切換（當天會停機維護）
5月15日-5月31日 www.cnhd.com 域名將開始自動跳轉到 www.hd.gg
6月1日 www.hd.gg 正式投入使用，原www.cnhd.com、www.chinahdtv.org 將無法訪問
本次更換域名不影響Tracker服務器URL地址，還將繼續使用 http://www.chinahdtv.org/announce.php

因為此次高達10G流量的DDOS攻擊導致服務器數據庫嚴重受損，丟失了3000多個種子。回檔後會導致最近1、2天發佈的種子和用戶的重要數據（魔力值、上傳/下載流量）減少，對此管理組權衡再三，才作此決定。如果要抱怨，就一起譴責攻擊者吧！
