噗！這個真的很好笑 :)) 灌水其實有分等級的 每個人的style都不同.
有些神人就是不喜歡打字 也不是故意要灌水的意思
然後尋找文章裡面的句子去拼湊成一篇回復 妙的是還很通順 神不知鬼不覺
若不是剛好"原作者"看到 還真的很難發現.

有些东西或许我们也应该学会两面看待，想想为什么会有些朋友灌水呢？这其中可能是他的等级达不到下载的要求，而他又急需这个资源，于是他想到了通过特殊手段实现快速升级。
我们能否制定一些措施，关注这样的群体呢？

閣下說得並沒有錯
而且精研的影像資源也是開放下載的
不過!!個人以為沒必要
除了精研原創的影片會設定下載權限(因為檔案實在大,而且網路頻寬有限)
其他的影片會設定下載權限的.......
請想想如果今天換做是你花費心血得到這個影片,卻被某些網友不珍惜的話
試問!您會不會心灰意冷!!

下載權限的設定
個人有另一種想法
基本達到下載權限的會員絕大多數都對精研的運作模式有了初步的了解
(會被打成流浪漢的話,基本上跟社會上不遵守法律的人是沒兩樣的,如果把版規看做國家的法律這樣應該就很清楚了)
所以!!設定下載權限的動作,個人以為可以看做是對精研版規的認同,
利用灌水的行為取得權限個人以為跟鑽法律漏洞沒甚麼兩樣!
有人成功(跟貪官汙吏奸商惡霸差不多了),有人失敗(活該)
一個論壇跟一個小社會一樣甚麼樣的人都有,所以各版主等於是維持秩序的機構一樣
再者!!
站長為了您所說需要關注的對象設置了論壇任務節省了新會員升級的時間,還需要再加碼嗎?
這樣解釋您應該就很清楚了吧!!

1.下載的權限，這論壇的門檻已經很低了
2.不管急不急需，想用投機巧取的方式快速升級，方式本身就已經不對了
3.制定管理措施，得問站長同不同意，相信這議題的提議不是第一次了

在論壇中的帖子閱讀權限大多不會超過20
這代表什麼??
這代表只要480i就能進入
而480i的積分門檻只定在100
小弟想這應該不會太困難才是(小弟也是這樣走過來的，並不會太困難)
除非有特殊原因才會把閱讀權限定在20以上
所以，
他們那些灌水者應該沒理由灌水
而且還不尊重發帖者
小弟強烈認為如果要為灌水者著想
我想應該要先為發帖者著想才是!!

再說一個比較無言的
這幾天發現到一個奇葩
巧妙規避版規的手法有如"好折凳"一般
就算抓到了也告不了
回應的方式似是而非(你也不能說他回答的是錯的)
這種的才是真正會讓版主傷腦筋的人(或許我武斷了)

当前的社会现实，已经证明像你说的那样人太多太多。他们会想尽各种办法却获得那些原本暂时不属于他们的东西。
既然问题已经出现，抱着进步的思想，我们是不是应该尽可能地引导他们向好的一面学习呢？

但我们有时候也应该考虑到，有些资源属于他们第一次接触的，而如果一开始就要求作出合格的回复，这显然对他们来说有点困难。所以，希望楼主在发布资源时，能多给点介绍！
