字型不太美觀的問題，其實在官網的論壇已經很多人反應過了，但是目前還是只能用那個醜醜的字型，不知道以後會不會在新韌體會改善？ 關機的按鈕式 power+退片的樣子. 看起來原始設計就是「按下power 只會關畫面」.<br><br> Power+Reject 重開機

謝謝大大的建議，Popcorn Hour外掛.srt字幕不太美觀的問題十個人裡面大概有十一個人會反映，所以我們真的了解這個情況。
有關字幕不美觀，保存字幕設定值等問題，我們已在今年1月底的時候將這些列入待修正的bug list，但是目前還沒有排上更新時程。我們會再與Popcorn Hour原廠確認相關時間。
有關Default的中文字型大小和位置不恰當，您指的是外掛.srt字幕？如果是，麻煩您提供您建議的設定值（使用subtitle鍵自行設定的值）以供我們比較與參考。
我們之前有提供原廠我們覺得比較好的值，在這裡也麻煩請您提供相關的資料做比較。

如果字幕設定值能保存，那Defaults值，就不是那麼重要了！我的建議是： Size: 40 -> 48~52， Position: 70 -> 0

freylin大您好：
若機器要送回原廠維修，必須是在機身外觀完整的情況，原廠才會提供免費維修服務。所以若更改機殼結構會喪失原廠保固，而PCH原廠也有可能拒絕破壞性機器的維修申訴。因此我們不建議您在機身自行做打洞。
關於機器過熱的問題，我們目前推測與您的硬碟有關係，在不破壞外觀的情況下，我們建議您做以下處理：
1. 將A-200底部的四個固定腳用木頭或橡膠墊高，這樣中間空出的部位可以幫助散熱。
2. 請您提供硬碟的型號讓我們工程部門確認。
3. 在硬碟的上方安裝與硬碟尺寸相同的散熱片。高度不超過A-200。
依據我們先前用戶的經驗，硬碟存取的問題也有可能造成NMT OS的當機。這部分麻煩大大您再確認釐清一下。

請A-200的用戶透過網路或是USB隨身碟做更新。USB隨身碟／USB外接硬碟請先格式化成FAT32或NTFS。
麻煩請在更新前先做系統重新開機的動作，方法是Power + Eject鍵。

*ts外掛字幕可用，請確認檔名跟影片一致，也請在A-200上點.srt看裡面是不是正常的中文。
目前*.ts除了快轉後時間軸會跑掉的bug外，在使用上是OK的。
