這是去年春節在Star Dance Battle的一段表演~
內容很精采,完全呈現出屬於他們的強力舞風~
單單論舞蹈,AS應該是女團中數一數二的了~

Bekah is Graduating from After School
After School has always received attention for their unique ‘admission’ and ‘graduation’ process. The first unofficial ‘graduate’ was So Young who left to pursue acting. After this a steady stream of members were added to the group without anymore graduates, until now.
Bekah who is a part of the first generation of After School and is known as the “charismatic rapper” has been an integral part of the group since their debut in 2009. Today it was revealed by a Pledis employee that Bekah has requested to be withdrawn from After School. Family distress combined with a wish to continue her education to study design has prompted Bekah’s decision to return home to Hawaii.
Pledis commented, “After thinking about it for a long time with other After School members, family, and company, Bekah has decided to ‘graduate’ from After School and move back to Hawaii to continue with her dream of becoming a designer.”
Never one to be negative Bekah stated she was happy with her time and experience as a member of After School. She will maintain a close relationship with her group members who are like family to her. Due to her design skills Bekah will stay involved in the group by helping to design After School’s upcoming album. Writing through Pledis, Bekah expressed, “I am preparing my graduation project while thinking of all of the happy times and experiences I’ve made.In the future, when my designing skills improve, I hope to design an album for After School as a gift.”
Bekah will have a ‘graduation’ photo shoot and fans will get to spend time with her before she leaves South Korea. Bekah is said to have written a solo song which is being referred to as a ‘graduation piece’ to express her true heart and feelings to fans. Bekah’s last day as a member of After School will be July 1st.
After School Will Soon ‘Enroll’ a Japanese Member
With news of Bekah’s ’graduation’ from After School yesterday most fans probably assumed this shocking news would be the biggest change to the group line up for awhile.
But, a recent news article has revealed After School’s Japanese label Avex has been holding auditions to recruit either one or two new members of Japanese descent to the group.
Right now there is no official word from Pledis. But, with After School’s pending Japanese debut a few weeks ago there will definately be information out soon to confirm or deny this rumor.
After School’s Second Sub-Unit “AS Originals”
The second sub unit is call AFTER SCHOOL ORIGINALS.
This sub unit will consist of: Kahi, Jungah, Juyeon, Raina and Nana.
The first mini album will be released in either September or October. They re-recorded the songs they already had – - Nana will take over Bekah parts in rapping. They should have promotional activities in South Korea since it will be a mini album.
There will be two title songs and they were all recorded without Bekah. One is hiphop, and the other one is a softer kind of track. There will be three MVs. Bekah’s solo song will be a digital single. (May be included on the mini album)

The latest news articles say that the sub units singles will be out at the end of July.
A representative from Pledis stated, “Even though they are divided into 2 units, they have activities in Japan together, so its hard to promote long (in S. Korea)” The Pledis representative also stated, “After School is known for their changing stages, so through this sub units, you can expect another makeover to the group.”
Also, Apparently Pledis will be asking the fans to choose the 2 sub-unit names – - There’ll be a contest or some sort.

A.S. RED team will be using ‘밤하늘에’(In the Night Sky) as their title song which is said to be a strong and quick tempo track that is able to fill the stage. It is written by Brave Brothers who were the ones behind After School’s Ah and Diva as well as Big Bang’s ‘마지막 인사. The song is said to be one that can get you easily addicted to it and coupled with A.S. RED team’s powerful vocals, it will be a perfect combination. Fans will be able to see a sexy performance that only After School is able to present with the A.S. RED team.

A.S. BLUE team will be using ‘원더보이’ (Wonder Boy) as their title song. It is a fresh, love song prepared for the hot summer. Composed by Jo YoungSu (composer of Magic Girl, A~ing), it is a track with cute and refreshing melody to couple with A.S. BLUE team’s clear ringing voices to present a youthful song. In particular, the song has lyrics of a bold love confession which is not seen often in love songs. It is a confession love song that all the ladies will wish to sing along to.

After School 1st generation member Jooyeon who fits the red team concept was surprisingly not in the red team. Meanwhile, the usual fresh and owner of a pretty smile, Nana who is also a member of sub-unit Orange Caramel was seen to be a sure-in member for the blue team. However, the 2 members “switched” teams.
A new concept that always shock the public with each comeback, After School is set to give everyone a pleasant ‘shock’ once again with this comeback.
