請問這段影片的格式設定方法?

各位好! 我是剛開始學習使用Premiere Pro的新手, 想請問各位前輩以下這一段影片0:17以後的上下黑幕比例為何 ？該如何設定呢 ? 謝謝!!

我不懂Premiere Pro
是以壓制方式來說 h264自動分析的為crop( 0, 0, 0, 0)
這是一個難搞的可變動位元的影片. 請參考^^
然後Youtube的影片經過上傳之後 皆被系統轉換為mp4或是flv格式
所以並非是原始影片的資料.

感謝您的回覆, 看來確實有點複雜....但我想這樣的格式, 鏡頭一定要廣且景深要夠才能有出色的表現...拍攝器材可能也要夠份量才行吧, 就如前面影片是Canon S200家用DV拍的(我也有一台), 許多景深好像都得要後製才能作出來, 而且還要另外加裝廣角鏡, 感覺味道就是差了許多, 不過,下面這一段影片是Philip Bloom用Canon 550D就能拍得很有味道, 他也喜歡使用這樣的格式,
