參觀心得,2009高雄國際Hi-End音響大展
感謝有此機會接觸高雄市的2009高雄國際Hi-End音響大展,以下是個人一些心得:
1. Usher 雅瑟音響器材及喇叭的會場說明及服務,讓人非常有物超所值、以為買到了歐美規格音響,雖是國內廠、但有國外廠的氣勢,價格/音質比,是在最合理時機,且現場訂購又加送一對美國5米喇叭線,消費一定金額以上再加送其他信號線,有機會一定要親自試聽。
2. Integra是Onkyo的Hi-end品牌,專精於家庭劇院音響,是由Integra Research發燒級機種向下研發,很高興國內終於有了代理商(台音貿易),但機型種類還是很少,而Onkyo在此次展覽會場完全消失無蹤,只見一、二部被使用,令人失望。
3. Accuphase及Nakamichi都是很棒的品牌,亦非常Hi-end,卻未有展出,也令人失望。
4. 富豪音響公司的B&W802D試聽會場,不只器材貴上美加1/3及以上,服務態度簡直爛且不專業,兩天參觀都感覺像被當肥羊,沒有傳答B&W喇叭的設計理念及服務、卻一見客人問問題滿腦子就已經在想如何讓肥羊上勾,真是完全破壞B&W喇叭的形象。 以下是向B&W喇叭製造廠的投書:
To whom it may concern:
I am writing to you to express my feeling about the awful experience I have ever had with one of your dealers, namely Volvo Audio, here in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
The incident happened at around 7:40pm at the 2009 Kaohsiung International Hi-end Audio Show today. Volvo Audio, one of your dealers, had a pair of 802Ds at the show, which I had been admiring for sometime. As soon as I sat down and requested to play a CD of mine, one of the representatives reluctantly responded. At first, I thought to myself that it could be because the show was ending soon and they were just too tired. Then, when I started the first piece of music a representative started questing me about if I always listened to music in loud volume, which totally surprised me as if he had no idea of the reputation of your brand name. What was even more to my dismay was the next that he said, "You can play one more song and that is it."
Well, I didn't test-listen to the second piece of music and quickly dashed out of the door.
Here I am, writing to you and posting to chat rooms about my experience today as I promised the representatives.
One more thing: I just don't understand why your speaker prices here in Taiwan are at least 1/3 more expensive than the US and Canada. Another bomb to your reputation.
