請教有關移除1seg後 ts碼率問題

使用tsMuxerGUI直接將原始的ts拖進去 重新output ts 不知這樣的方法是否是錯誤的.
bitrate的部分硬是掉了2MB多的流量下來  這樣會影響畫質嗎?以重新壓制720P來說的話
導入原始的與導入刪除1seg後的 有分別嗎?
