續集2017年準備籌拍? 另外籌備以女性(團體)為主的DC作品??

Suicide Squad(自殺小隊)官方名稱(DC漫畫)為Task Force X，該小隊將判有無期徒刑或者死刑的超級惡棍組成一個團隊，並用以毒攻毒的方式處理一些dirty job，每個成員脖子裡都被裝有納米炸彈，如果不乖乖執行任務就會被炸死，而又因為他們都是罪犯，所以是隨時可以被丟棄的棋子。而關於這部的電影發展早在幾年前，導演David Ayer就和Justin Marks為該片創作了劇本，但因華納和DC忙於Justice League(當時)籌備而被擱置。

根據THR報導，電影將於明年(2015)4月份至9月之間於多倫多的Pinewood片長進行拍攝，
而演員方面目前有多位正在洽談，待官方或是後續報導更新。而拍攝期間將會以Bravo 14代號名稱來執行拍攝作業。

華納發布新聞稿宣布將有威爾史密斯Will Smith 、湯姆哈迪Tom Hardy 、瑪格羅比Margot Robbie 、
傑瑞德萊托Jared Leto、傑·特尼Jai Courtney、卡拉迪瓦伊Cara Delevinge等六位加入演出。
而演出的角色如下

Jared Leto – The Joker

Will Smith – Deadshot

Tom Hardy – Rick Flag

Margot Robbie – Harley Quinn

Jai Courtney – Boomerang

Cara Delevinge – Enchantress

“The Warner Bros. roots are deep on this one. David Ayer returns to the studio where he wrote Training Day and brings his incredible ability to craft multidimensional villains to this iconic DC property with a cast of longtime Warner collaborators Will Smith and Tom Hardy, and other new and returning favorites: Margot, Jared, Jai and Cara. 根據thewrap獨家指出傑克葛倫霍Jake Gyllenhaal將取代湯姆哈迪Tom Hardy的演出，至於原因為何目前不明確，而電影公司華納也沒對這則報導有所回應。

更新根據THR的獨家報導是說因為檔期上的安排所以無法演出，但latino-review獨家報導指出是因為不喜歡劇本的原故而放棄演出。

傳言Suicide Squad的最後畫面因某個事件而帶出蝙蝠俠而延續出獨立的作品，是否真實也只能有待時間來證明。

而先前傳出傑克葛倫霍Jake Gyllenhaal將取代湯姆哈迪Tom Hardy的演出，根據variety的報導Jake Gyllenhaal也將不會接演，電影公司方面同樣的沒有正面回應。
