不好意思，沒玩過IRC，是要到what.cd 的論壇(FORUM)去找IRC嗎?能否給個聯結?

**補充一下，剛剛已經進去IRC了，結果被踢出來??!! 內容如下:
You were kicked from #what.cd-invites by FZeroXBot (Your entire country [Taiwan] is banned from the invites channel. This is because of the very high proportion of users from this area being bad for the site - either leechers, traders, sellers and/or cheaters.

如果用 HINET的IP，不知道會不會被擋 ? HINET是在美國註冊的。

應該是只ban IRC 的 Invite channel. 我是hinet，帳號看起來還在，只是不太好養!
