下方幾個連結的報導，都是提到Bob Iger在股東大會上提到即將開通的Disney+在的節目內容中，深鎖在迪士尼金庫vault內的經典作品，像是獅子王、美女與野獸、小鹿斑比、小美人魚2之類的作品都會在此平台上看見。。

迪士尼公布與北美地區同步開通的國家，雖台灣或是亞洲地區都沒在這次的名單之內，但新聞稿內還有另一個焦點，Disney+將支援下列的裝置，各地區開通後，即可付費觀賞Disney+。

迪士尼串流平台Disney+確認將可以支援到4K HDR，Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos，而費用只需要標準月費就可以使用，不需要像Netflix那樣需要高月費才能夠有達到支援的服務。此外也提供用戶者下載離線觀看功能。
