sorry admin for replied in english. my chinese input not working properly....
Manual Focus is important; Auto Fast AF tracking is important too; When you need to perform above task in your film shooting, its call 'important' in order to fulfill your need and ascomplish your task
I bet you guys sure know about "IpMan 2" movie. In this movie, it has a good example to prove that only manual focus able to complete 'this effect'. What is this effect? try to think back.... when Ipman was punched by the boxer, Ipman is felt down and fainted for short moment, when Ipman trying to climb up again, the director using the camera focus to acting like 'Ipman eyes' like what Ipman vision on that moment. Apparently, the scene we watch at here, the focus is from blur and slowly, slowly and slowly moved to sharp focus and finally Ipman climb up. I do believed this film shoot technique could not archive by playing in Auto Focus especially fast AF
However, in other way of film shooting we could need to have fast AF. Try search over youtube, you could find someone shared GH1+Voitlander f.095 manual focus movie about people dancing, and due to this is manual focus lens, the video is inconsistent 'sustain' the ocus as the dancer keeping shaking her body. Unless, you have superior skilland experience in playing manual focus in extremely fast mode.
eventually, both manual focus and fast AF are equally important for complete our need |
