算起來這應該是電視劇權力遊戲實體藍光的第三度(版本)發行，沒錯權力遊戲將發行4K UHD版本，稍早HBO正式發布新聞稿宣布，權力遊戲第一季4K UHD BD預計在2018年6月5日於北美地區開始販售，4K UHD BD版本配置Dolby Vision以及 Dolby Atmos。收錄的花序內容如下方。要注意的是從封面來看似乎是只有4K UHD BD，與以往的4K UHD加BD一同販售的模式不太相同。不過是否如此還有待查證。
