忘了在這裡告知英版的問題，以下是跟英版發行商反應之後的狀況，總結來說目前英版的4K UHD在OPPO 203播放器是無法正常觀看的。

無發正常觀看的狀態為，4K UHD選單能觀看，設定也行，以及花絮也能看，就是要看正片時就卡碟無法觀看。

僅供參考 絕對是零星案例!!!
CineAsia 英國發行的流浪地球2，國外跟大陸應該有零星案例出現無法播放4K UHD(BD正常沒問題)都發生在OPPO的4K UHD播放器居多(後續據說杰科索尼的播放器也都有案例發生但沒說那個型號)。

聯繫了CineAsia 等了近半個月後，簡單說他們檢驗後(2款型號)並無問題，而他們設備無OPPO的因此無法檢測，因而提供HDR上的設定，若還是無法觀看只能請求OPPO解決。終於有解答，回答也不意外。但也對無法觀看的會在補償相同商品就是了。

Hi, our production lab checked the disc and couldn't find any technical faults or defects. They are able to advise the technical settings for 2 models to make them work but unfortunately they don't have Oppo203 player at the moment.  They suggest trying all 3 options of Dolby Vision Processing on the HDR setting, if it doesn't work, please contact Oppo tech team.   HDR Setting  HDR [ Auto | Forced | Off (BT.709) | Off (BT.2020) | Strip Metadata | **Dolby Vision**]  Dolby Vision Processing [ Auto | TV-led | Player-led ]
We understand this must be frustrating. If your purchase is still within Amazon refund period, may you arrange the refund first? And we will send you a free copy from us.


We contacted Oppo team and they said it should be compatible issue (an encoding that the player doesn't support). As the disc is supposed to be for UK & Ireland only, they can hardly look into it. As for the shipping, my sales team is waiting for the stock from our warehouse, and it is better to avoid Lunar New Year period. We will arrange after  it.
