GN245HQ 為 24 吋的螢幕,採用 LED 背光,解析度為 1920x1080,最高可達 120Hz 更新率,高達 100,000,000:1 的動態對比, 以及 2ms 的反應時間
顯示器本體內建 3D 紅外線發射器,隨機附上一副 nVIDIA 3D VISION 眼鏡,不需另外購買。另外在輸入端子的部份有基本的 VGA , Dual-Link DVI-D 以及 HDMI 介面。

先說明一下 Acer GN245HQ 這台顯示器能支援什麼 3D 模式吧.
1. 支援 nVIDIA 3D VISION (需自備 3D VISION 發射器)

本顯示器不支援以下 3D

Acer 目前沒有一台 3D 顯示器能完整支援 HDMI 1.4a , 這台顯示器仍然僅支援了 720p60 & 1080p24 兩個 HDMI 3D 模式, 不僅沒有 1080i60 3D, 也不能支援其他像是 side by side 以及 top and bottm 等 3D 模式... 所以廠商還是不能宣稱它是 HDMI 1.4a 的顯示器.

基本上, GN245HQ 與老大哥 GD245HQ 外觀上幾乎一模一樣, 如果不看右上角的型號, 單從螢幕本身無法分辨誰是誰.
二哥 HS244HQ 就很好辨認, 圓滑優美的鋼琴烤漆亮面 (LCD螢幕本體非亮面) 就可以看出與 HN274H 外觀流著同樣的血脈.
電源指示燈與 GD245HQ 有點小差異.
開機時亮藍色燈
HDMI 3D 或是 3D VISION 時 指示燈亮 綠色 (GD245HQ 進入 3D VISION 模式時並不會亮綠燈)
沒有訊號源時亮 橘色燈
關機時, 電源指示燈當然就不亮囉....
GN245HQ 的 3D眼鏡與 HN274H 相同, 也是 nVIDIA 輝達 3D VISION 眼鏡
紅外線同步訊號發射是在 Acer logo 的左下角, 但是 GN245HQ 質感做得比 HS244HQ 好, 肉眼並不容易看到紅外線同步訊號發射, 必須透過數位相機才能發現紅外線發射端的蹤跡.
由於是 3D 的三兄弟對決, 所以 3D 測試部分成 nVIDIA 3D VISION 以及 HDMI 3D 兩個部分, 剛好兩位大哥都只各自支援了其中一項, 只有小老弟 GN245HQ 兩邊都支援...
3D VISION 部分
測試使用的顯示卡為 nVIDIA GeForce GTX285, 使用卡上兩組 DVI-D 各別接至 GD245HQ 以及 GN245HQ, 兩個顯示器為相同畫面, 解析度為 1920 x 1080 x 120Hz, 所以兩個顯示器在非全螢幕模式下, 都可以啟動 3D VISION 功能.
由於二哥 HS244HQ 不具備 3D VISION 功能, 所以後面的照片就暫時先看不到它啦...

播放軟體: Arcsoft TMT5, B3D: 3D Music Video Selection Vol.00 音樂3D宣言
Crosstalk 鬼影相當輕微, 表現與大哥 GD245HQ 不相上下.
side by side 3D 影片測試
採用的片段是 BS Fuji 的 3D*3D [元氣火箭特輯] , 播放軟體: Stereoscopic Player/nVIDIA 3D VISION Player
由於 元氣火箭 的 MV 3D 效果十分優秀, 音樂也相當動聽, 所以測試 3D 顯示器, 這個絕對是 side by side 3D 影片最佳代表.
整個影片觀賞下來, 兩台顯示器皆不易發現殘影, 但是顏色對比 GN245HQ 表現相對顯得優異許多.

3D VISION 遊戲測試
基本上, 個人覺得 GD/GN 兩者表現不相上下, 都是台很棒的 3D VISION 顯示器.
接著是 HDMI 3D 的部分
大哥 GD245HQ 不具備 HDMI 3D 功能, 所以後面就不拍它了...
測試所使用的設備為 SONY PS3 薄型機搭配 3.61 版韌體, 支援 Blu-ray 3D 播放, 也可以進行 720p 的 3D 立體遊戲.
為了比較 GN245HQ 與 HS244HQ 兩者的畫質, 特別採用 HDMI 分配器, 將 PS3 的 HDMI 訊號同時輸出給兩台顯示器, 以便比較各項畫質.

一樣是採用 3D Music Video Selection Vol.00 音樂3D宣言
其中, 720p 與 1080p 切換時, 3D 眼鏡同步並不會像 HS244HQ 會發生左右眼錯亂的情況.
周董 的 3D 電影 -青蜂俠, 正常播放無誤.
PS3 的 3D 遊戲預告影片 也是小菜一碟.
PS3 立體 3D 遊戲 當然也是可以順利進行的.
GN245HQ 在 3D 模式下並不會像 HS244HQ 有亮度大幅降低的問題, 所以畫面色彩對比表現依舊可圈可點.
由於兩台顯示器的 3D 眼鏡以及同步訊號並不相容, 所以同時啟動 3D 時不會互相干擾.
趁著兩台並列的這個機會, 順便比較一下兩者眼鏡的同步運作. 意外的發現, nVIDIA 3D VISION 眼鏡, 觀看 HS244HQ 竟然是一片黑 !!?? (快門眼鏡打開的時間剛好都是背光關閉的時間??)
而 HS244HQ 使用的 DLP-Link 快門眼鏡, 觀看 GN245HQ 可以看得到畫面, 但是左右眼是對調的, 看到的畫面立體感並不正確.
由此可得知, 即使是同樣的 HDMI 3D 訊號, 每個顯示器仍會各自表述, 只有相對應的同步訊號, 才能看到正確的畫面.
不過在測試 Blu-ray 3D 時, 發現了一個特殊的現象...
那就是...... Crosstalk 鬼影.
在 GN245HQ 播放 音樂3D宣言 藍光 3D 片, 同樣的片段以 HDMI 3D 模式比較容易看到 Crosstalk 鬼影, 但是改以 3D VISION, 鬼影現象幾乎看不見!
這或許也暗示著... 顯示器本身已經足以高速表現 120Hz 順暢無殘影的畫面, 但是經過了一層訊號處理轉換之後, 在一百二十分之幾秒內, 可能會有不正確的畫面出現....
這只是我個人的推論, 如果您有其他的理論, 也歡迎您提出您的看法.

優點
1. 省電, 畫質表現不俗.
2. 小尺寸, 不佔空間. PS3 / PC 兩方 3D 一機搞定!
3. 價格便宜, 含一副 3D VISION 眼鏡, 英國官網定價299英鎊 (德國官網定價429歐元), 但在台灣卻是接近兩萬台幣的夭壽貴.
缺點
1. 沒有附贈 nVIDIA 3D VISION 發射器, 想在 PC 上使用 3D VISION 還得多花錢買 "含眼鏡" 的包裝組合
2. HDMI 要以 YPbPr 模式輸出畫質表現較佳
3. HDMI 3D 有些許 Crosstalk 鬼影
4. 只有 DVI-D 1920 x 1080 能上 120Hz, 無法達到電競玩家需求.
